Ally Masoud 'Kipanya'

I have the great honor to serve you as the Chairman of the Tanzania Association of Small Scale Industries and Manufacturers (TASSIM). It has been a great pleasure to meet many members and leaders in our country and to hear how the Implementation Committee and our Secretariat together with its staff can serve them well as the Voice of small and medium industries and small producers in Tanzania.

From my nearly 30 years of experience in the private sector prior to this, I am committed to ensuring that our members get and see direct value from their membership. Our mission is to provide a platform, network, content, representation and advocacy that will enhance your ability to grow your business.

TASSIM is honored and fortunate to have the Honorable Dr. Tulia Ackson Mwansasu Speaker of the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania as Chief Advisor with the Honorable Dr. Ashatu Kijaji Minister of Industry and Trade as our Patron.

We recognize the importance of cooperation and solidarity with leaders of such high quality in driving economic development. As Chair, I will encourage cross-sector collaboration and joint projects that support innovation, foster emerging talent, and attract business cycles. This approach of cooperation if given priority between us, can increase our common development and take our country into a new era of prosperity.

It is my hope that we work together to ensure that we put the Association on the goal of becoming a body that is ripe not only for business ideas but also for leadership, also to be a tool for cooperation, and a leader in the representation and defense of small and medium industries in Tanzania. I am excited to see our success and continue to look for new opportunities for our growth.

As the Chairman of TASSIM, I believe everything has its contribution in supporting the growth of small and medium industries that contribute to the prosperity of our country. Our presence and relationship with small industries and small producers allows us to show our importance at all levels in Tanzania.
Finally, I invite each of you to actively participate with the Tanzania Association of Small Scale Industries and Manufacturers (TASSIM). Together, let's use our abilities and resources fully in our factories so that we can build lasting relationships.

Please feel free to contact me via info@tassim.or.tz for any ideas, suggestions or suggestions you may have. Your input is very important to us, and I am eager to listen and learn from you.
Best regards!
